you always held me in your arms,

no matter the moment.

The day I had a child,

and the day I left for the battlefield.

 

I wished to see

my beloved family once more,

but I know

that soon I will die,

resting in your embrace.

 

With this body, so small,

I could not hold you

as I truly wished.
